Nankhatais are seriously addictive cookies . 😋😋 .Indian cookies Nankhatai bakery style ..i had to bake at least three times so that i get good pics for my post and video before they all vanished ..😂..awfully easy and anyone can bake them …so if you have taken them out of the oven even few seconds early and they dont look done, simply put them back and continue baking ..the aroma and the light golden tinge was the cue for me to take them out perfectly done .check the video given below .
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/3 fine sooji
1/4 cup besan
3 tbsp milk powder
pinch of cardamom powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup ghee
In a bowl add all dry ingredients except powdered sugar , mix well.
In another bowl add ghee and powdered sugar , mix well and beta till creamy and thick .
now pour this over the dry ingredients and form a smooth dough .
you can chill this dough in fridge to make small ball of these and bake .
take small ball of this dough , arrange on a baking tray , garnish with slivered nuts .
Bake at 180 degrees C in a preheated for 15 minutes or till done .
