A traditional almost forgotten dish , kali kanji dosai or rice porridge dosa is a very authentic traditional recipe from Tamil almost akin to the famed Neer dosa in looks and texture, this koozh ( porridge ) dosa is very easy to prepare the same day , makes a good lunch box dish too as it remains soft through the day …It is the simplest one ingredient recipe using only raw rice , to washed , soaked for 2-3 hours .
