  1. Roast the bell peppers with oil in a wok , till almost charred .
  2. remove the bell peppers, and peel off the skin , or leave it if you wish , doesnt make a difference unless it is too charred.
  3. Place all ingredients except salt in a food processor or a mixie jar, blend till smooth , pour olive oil when almost done , mix well , sprinkle some chilly flakes .
