A delicious healthy bowl of assorted vegetables usually served with meat or egg, here i am making a vegetarian version with only vegetables and bibimbap sauce . Bibimbap in Korean means , assorted seasoned vegetables mixed with rice and meat or egg . This is truly healthy as lots of vegetables are  used and the only important flavor is given by Gochujang paste , a Korean chili paste which i dont think can be replicated by me , hence i decided to buy a bottle . This paste is also available online too .

Instructions
  1. wash all vegetables , wipe dry , thinly slice each one into long strips.
  2. Mix bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl
  3. .add some cooking oil in a pan and separately sautee each vegetable with a sprinkle of salt and soy sauce , sprinkle toasted sesame seeds. remove and set aside .
  4. Mix the Bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. in a bowl arrange all sauteed vegetables, and the steamed rice, add the gochujang sauce ,bibimbap sauce , mix and enjoy .
