Instructions
  1. keep whole black udad dal washed and soaked for 30 minutes
  2. keep idli rice or raw rice washed and soaked for 15 minutes
  3. Grind both to a thick coarse batter with 2-3 tbsp pepper corns
  4. Add curry leaves , cumin seeds ( optional ) salt and hing powder
  5. Mix batter well make adai on a heated greased dosa tava immediately no need to rest batter .
  6. Spread batter little thick . Add sesame oil around edges
  7. Serve hot with avial ,jaggery and butter .
