I love to prepare this dish as it can be made quickly, with some left over lone vegetables, all it needs green chillies and coconut milk . we always have the masala at home so a few cloves, bay leaves, cardamom , cinnamon is enough to prepare and no grinding work involved unless you want to extract the coconut milk the old way, by scraping , grinding three times to extract three qualities of coconut milk
I have used a branded pack of coconut milk and it is good enough .
