It was taught to us by Grandmas and passed on to their daughters, with course of time , how ever this simple variety of dosa and many such dishes have almost vanished from many kitchens as not many seem to like this dosa .
how ever at home i make several variety of dosas depending on time and available ingredients, this recipe comes to my rescue when i havent planned for any kind of tiffin for afternoons and there is a pang of hunger.
