Instructions
  1. wash and soak rice for 4 hours.
  2. wash and soak methi seeds for 4 hours separately
  3. grind rice to a smooth batter
  4. grind methi seeds to a smooth paste
  5. add methi paste or methi batter to the ground rice batter,
  6. mix well .
  7. allow to ferment for smooth soft porous dosas.
  8. dosas can be made immediately also but it will not have much pores but will be tasty ,
  9. add salt after fermentation
  10. use ghee or oil to prepare dosas
  11. sere with khara chutney, garlic chutney powder or any side dishes of your choice .
