Overnight oats with chia seeds fruits and nuts

Overnight oats with healthy chia seeds makes an excellent breakfast recipe or a great after work out healthy choice . Saves time and enhances taste of the oats soaked in milk or yogurt overnight . There is no one way to do this just think creatively and make up your breakfast with overnight oats.

On many days especially in the hottest months,my post morning walk breakfast …my chilled overnight oats comes to my rescue for a no cook chilled breakfast or even brunch as it is so filling Rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, ragi flakes, jowar flakes, barley,dried blueberries, cranberries, mango chunks, cherries and totally sugar free.
It is very easy to make overnight oats …just take some rolled oats ( not quick cooking ) , add some almond milk, plain milk or even coconut milk for vegan options , .add some Greek yogurt, the liquid should be a little above the oats mixture as it will swell over night absorbing most liquid,add some frozen chunk of fruits , on top , frozen because while it thaws it releases fruit juices and next morning will make it taste great, no added sugar ,stir, gently , add i tbsp honey, add seeds of tour choice, like flax seeds, chia seeds, about 1 tbsp , sun flower seeds, almond slivers, dried or fresh berries ..cover and keep in fridge , can be prepared in single serve bottles and stored in fridge,, make different variations with fruits to give a variety to every bottle, in the morning , just open , stir , add more liquid like milk or whisked yogurt, enjoy chilled overnight oats , or take it to your work lace and enjoy as a breakfast , a great food for after work out treat .

Instructions
  1. Take two serving glasses with lids , layer the bottom with rolled oats in each .
  2. Sprinkle dry fruits nuts and seeds . Layer with chia seeds and sunflower seeds flax seeds . Add fresh fruit and frozen fruit chunks .
  3. Pour almond milk Greek yogurt on top . Make sure to see that there is sufficient milk yogurt to cover dry ingredients .
  4. Add honey or organic jaggery . Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight .
  5. Enjoy yummy chilled overnight oats as breakfast or take it to your work place as breakfast on the go .
