Chinese veg puff, puff pastry

Delicious Chinese style veg puffs fora tea break or a snack in the evening . Who  doesn’t like to dig into these absolutely crispy., crackly layered puff  savory pastries ! You can choose any filling , sweet or Indian desi style like samosa filling too . I used what ever vegetables i could lay my hands on .

These pastry sheets are store bought as i would rather buy them than attempt at home as it is time consuming and we dont make these veg puffs often . Even your kids can make these easily with any veg filing , or even with noodles filling . There are endless ways to make these and enjoy .Enough said !

Instructions
  1. heat oil in a pan ,add ginger garlic paste , sautee well, add all vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes. add spring onion greens as topping .
  2. add tomato sauce or ketchup,toss well .

  3. pre heat oven to 200 degrees c

  4. take out the thawed pastry sheets , arrange on a tray .

  5. place filling in centre of each sheet . fold pastry sheet wet the edges of the pastry sheet to help seal well . bake till done .
