Millet Adai is a wholesome South Indian tiffin that beautifully balances rustic flavors with nourishing goodness. Made with a hearty mix of kodo millet, barnyard millet, red rice, chana dal, and urad dal, this protein-rich pancake offers both taste and texture in every bite.
