Mango Pomegranate salsa
Ingredients :
3/4 cup mangoes finely diced into cubes
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup finely chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup cooked salted chickpeas optional
salt as needed
1-3 tbsp finely chopped jalepenos or any sharp green chillies
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey optional but tastes great .
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves .
1 tbsp lime zest
2 tbsp grated raw green mango optional but yummy when added .

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine everything in a big bowl. toss gently .
keep refrigerated till serving time
enjoy with nachos, tortilla chips or papad., serve with tacos too .
