Carrot Gulkand milk powder barfi
A delicious twist with carrots and gulkand ( rose petals sweetened ) makes this yummy barfi
Ingredients
1.5 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup milk
1.5 cups milk powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar , add more if you prefer ..
2 cups grated carrots
1-2 tbsp gulkand ( sweetened dry rose petals)
Method
Heat a pan .
Add ghee, add milk , milk powder, stir well.
Keep flame on low , add grated carrots . Add sugar.
Cook on low flame when mixture thickens, add gulkand.
Stir well, when mixture looks very thick,almost dry , place on greased tin .
Allow to cool , refrigerate to set well . delicious carrot gulkand brafi is ready .
