Ingredients
1.5 cups multigrain flour3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp jaggery or sugar1/2 tsp instant yeast3/4 cup water .Method
Activate yeast in warm water with jaggery .Cover and keep .Take a bowl , add the activated yeastAdd flour , salt , water , mix with a spatula till a rough ball of dough is formed .Cover with a cling wrap.Keep in refrigerator for cold proofing.After 8 hours or 12 hours , take out dough from the fridge .Sprinkle some flour on a work surface, place dough on it , with floured hands bring dough to a ball .Place in a baking tray or loaf tin .Cover and allow to proof for about 2 hours .Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 25 to 30 minutes .Oven times will differ .Remove when top of bread is browned .Allow to cool on a rack .Slice when completely cool .
