Ingredients
1 cup besan flour ( chickpea flour)
1/2 cup rice flour
tiny pinch of salt
1 cup jaggery
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp hot oil to prepare dough
oil as needed for deep frying

optional ingredients . you can add a pinch of ginger powder, some grated coconut bits , pottukdalai , some cashew nuts , cardamom powder , in the preparation of manoharam .
