Recipe :

Servings nos..9-10 pieces.
INGREDIENTS
• 1.5 cups milk powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp melted ghee
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• pinch cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp almond slivers
• 2 tbsp pistachio slivers
INSTRUCTIONS
1. in a non stick pan preferably , add the tbsp ghee, add milk , and add the milk powder, mix well,
2. keep flame on low, add the powdered sugar , keep mixing well continuously as it cooks quickly
3. when the mixture appears thick and comes together like a ball , put it on a greased plate or a tin
4. spread well, using a greased spatula, quickly sprinkle the nuts and press lightly , now keep this tin or dish in a cool place or in refrigerator for few hours at least so that the barfi sets well..
5. remove , slice and enjoy ..cut into desired shapes. to make the round shape , use any lid and place on the barfi mixture to get a round shape .
