Here iam sharing a simple milk ice cream that doesnβt need an ice cream maker . Call it Vanilla milk ice cream as that is the flavour added . Itβs kind of a basic ice cream but so worth it ! π
Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre reduce to 600 ml
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 1 /4 cup
Cashew nut - about 15 to 20 nos
Badam - 15 nos
Pista - 14 nos
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Method :
Boil milk in a pan till it reduces to about little more than half .
Switch off flame . Keep milk to cool . You can put it back in fridge if preparing for later . The reduced milk will thicken further on refrigeration.
Grind to a smooth powder nuts of your choice .grind sugar along with nuts .
Now take a blender jar , add the reduced milk , fresh cream , milk powder , blend once or twice till itβs smooth , add in nuts powder with sugar , blend till creamy .
Remove and pour the mixture into a icecream tray or box in which you want to set . Cover and freeze overnight. After freezing for 8-10 hours , remove the ice cream container , blend the mixture once more , add in the vanilla essence . Pour back into the container . Garnish with slivers of nuts .
Freeze once more . After 8to 10 hours you will get a smooth milky rich creamy ice cream π¨ Enjoy π
